A little bit about me

As a detail-oriented person, I have always been attracted to jobs requiring high accuracy and organisation. Before discovering my passion for bookkeeping, I worked in the healthcare industry for over a decade. While my time in healthcare was fulfilling, I found myself drawn to the meticulous work of bookkeeping. In 2017, I pursued my newfound passion and became a bookkeeper.

I enrolled in the AAT Foundation Certificate in Accounting course to achieve my goal. I loved the flexibility of learning at my own pace, and I was thrilled when I passed the course with flying colours. But I didn’t stop there. I went on to enrol in the AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting at Gloucestershire College, which provided me with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a fully trained bookkeeper.

I am proud to be a member of the AAT and hold a license to work as a bookkeeper. I take great pride in providing reliable and professional services to my clients. I adhere to a strict set of Professional Conduct Regulations to ensure I maintain the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Additionally, I hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and am supervised under Money Laundering Regulations. I am registered with the ICO, ensuring I am fully GDPR compliant.

You can find me with a good book or enjoying a leisurely walk in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside when I’m not working. Spending time with my family and loved ones is also my top priority, as I believe a healthy work-life balance is crucial to personal and professional success.
